CDS ON LINE is set-up by CDS International Ltd. as the e-business division to serve as a channel
to provide Brand Name Computer Products to our end users and business partners including System
Integrators and Resellers, at the Most Competitive Price, supported by Quality Warranty Service
provided by respective Leading Manufacturers and Distributors in Hong Kong.
To focus on Multimedia market, CD Solutions Co. was set up in 1993 to develop local retail
channels in Hong Kong by CD Research in Canada with a group of well experienced engineers and
management team in computer industry. In 1998, to cope with product lines expansion and business
growth, CDS International Ltd. was established to focus on OEM projects and trading business for
both local and overseas customers. Currently, we have a number of OEM customers in Hong Kong and
China, in particular, joint ventures have been successfully growing in USA, Canada and Australia.
In the Era of Internet, speed of information flow is far beyond our imagination and needless to
say, to be handled by our traditional distribution model which cannot provide the most
cost-effective solution to the end users in terms of support and price in most cases. To better
