Applications:
1) Used for installation connecting wire of transmission railway
signal, audio-signal or some auto-equipment under rated voltage
500V or DC 1000V
2) For Al sheath and composite sheath cable, used to trunk line or
strong electric disturbed zone of electrization section which need
to set screen cable and of railway electrization section

Technical characters:
1) Operating environment temperature: -40oC - 60oC
2) Long-term operating temperature: ≤70oC
3) Installation environment temperature: ≥0oC for PVC outer
sheath cable; ≥-10oC for PE outer sheath cable
4) Admissible bend radius: not less than 10 times of O.D. of cable for
non-armored cable; not less than 15 timed of O.D of cable for
armored cable

Main technical properties:
1) Flexible round copper wire conform with GB 3953, 1.0mm nominal
diameter
2) Insulation color coding: red, green, white, blue, 0.6mm Insulation
nominal thickness
3) Twisted or star quad conductor is twisted by two or four different
color insulated core, twist node distance not more than 300mm, star
quad with different color non-hygroscopic tape
4) Cable core covered non-hygroscopic plastic tape or other insulated
ribbon material
5) Not less than 0.2mm for nominal thickness of Al tape using for
composite sheath, not less than 0.8N/mm for striped strength
between Al tape and PE sheath
6) 1.3mm for nominal thickness of Al sheath, admissible +10% tolerance,
and airproof
7) Cable outer sheath conforms with the specification of GB2952
8) Screen coefficient : not more than 0.8 for composite sheath, not more
than 0.3 for Al sheath
9) Cable electric properties conform to table 2
