The president, Mr. Jim Chen, invested NT$5,000,000 to found "Chi Tai Electronic Corp." in Taipei City, Taiwan in May 1986, when he was awaken by the big demand of transducers and panel meters used in power system and power remote control system. In newly established, only fifteen employees at the company. Chi Tai moved to Hsin-Tien City in September 1990 for developing measuring instrument. Now, "VXI interface instrument investigation" is hold by Taiwan industrial technology research institute.
In 1994, we transfer the technical from CNLA (Chinese National Laboratory Accreditation) for one year direction. In 1996, we extended our factory area into 1400m2 and the employees was upped to 40 persons and raised the business of import and export.
Achievement of Chi Tai Electronic Corp:
A.) 1988 approved as a assisting plant by Chinese Petroleum Corporation.
B.) 1990 the transducers got accrediting form China Steel Corporation. (Taiwan)
C.) 1993 the transducers, transmitters and thermal transmitters got accrediting from Taiwan Telecom Co. Ltd.
D.) The other private companies : United Microelectronic Corp., Tatung Company, Welldone Company, Delta Electronic Inc., Nan Ya Plastics Corporation, Siemens Building Technologies, Walsin Lihwa Corp., Sampo Company, Tsann Kuen Multi-Nation Group.........etc.
Furthermore, Chi Tai makes OEM production for Anritsu (Japan) and Texmate (U.S.A.). Owing to the strict requirement from the three companies, our products get more and more better.
