Dongguan Wannienfu Electronic Company Limited was founded in 1972 in Miaoli Hsien, Taiwan, with a history of 29 years so far.
It was specialized in developing & manufacturing Single sides, false double sides, and that of carbon pulp, silver pulp, high density circuit gild and HAL. It is located in No.188, PinShan Indusrial Zone,TangXiaTown, DongGuan City, covering an area of 16,000 square meters, with total investment of HK$41.5 million. Through several years &expanding, we have building area of 10,000 square meters, total capable employees of 600,including intermediate and advanced management of personnel of 20,marketing service personnel of 23,intermediate and advanced technology of 10.
Our monthly production capacity achieve to 150,000 square meters, monthly sales amount to HK$15 million. We adopt equipment of computer-controlled scanning transcript traced by laser to design drawing, which can immensely tailor to full specific requirements from our valued customers. In technology we can achieve to 0.4mm for whole diameter and 0.12mm for both line diameter and line gap.
In accordance with our further development, we have newly construct a wet film production line in a completed closed, non-dusted& air-conditioned workroom in June 1999,which mainly engaged in high precise circuit board production.
From the beginning of the new century, we have adopted an advanced full automatic production line from Taiwan. At present the first proceeding has been putting into use, the minimum diameter is as small as 0.20mm,and the output can reach to 65,000 square meters per month. And the second proceeding has been well preparation. We are convinced that this line will certainly serve our customers well.
We have introduced our advanced testing equipment and instrument from Japan, Taiwan and the U.S.A. for the hardware system. In the soft field, we have gained ISO9002(1994)standard recognition in Aug.1998 and have gained ISO9001(2000)standard recognition in June 2001 | |
