SCUD (Fujian) Electronics has been manufacturing battery packs and chargers since 1996. Because of our technological capabilities and focus on quality, we were asked to draft mainland China's national standard of quality for batteries (GB T18287/89-2000). Our product range now includes batteries and chargers for mobile phones, notebook PCs, digital cameras, portable DVD players. We also manufacture DVB-T equipment, wireless network cards, Bluetooth products, GSM fixed wireless phones and more.
At SCUD (Fujian) Electronics, we have three factories totaling over 170,000-square-meters, over 5,000 skilled staff, and a registered capital of USD5,000,000. Our 64 production lines turn out 50 million Li-ion batteries, 50 million battery chargers, 1.8 million Bluetooth products and 1 million Wireless Network Cards every year. Our equipment lineup includes circuit board welding machines, battery soldering machines and systemic testing machines from the US, Japan and South Korea. Molding, surface treatment, hardware processing and SMT are performed in-house.
Having instituted ERP system, we are focusing on the development and research of innovative products so as to best fulfill our customers'' specifications. Equipped with advanced production and inspection facilities, we are advancing into the international market rapidly. Additionally, the improvement of quality control system and enhancement of scientific management have helped us penetrate in the global market effectively
We have a close to a decade experience of serving OEM clients. Our track record includes delivering to buyers in the US, Europe, and greater Asia, including SANYO, NEC and Phillips, and we have supplied OEM products to mainland China handset makers such as Lenovo, Bird, Amoi, ZTE, and many more.
