| To support high inductance and high current, heavy copper MLB is designed by many power supply and automotive companies. EOS builds Heavy Copper MLB using 2oz copper to 8oz copper in 6 to 16 layer boards. Most DC/DC Converter PCB has transformer coils designed into the main board. These coils must be inspected by AOI 100% for inner and outer layers. The registration and routing of the PCB must be perfect. The plated thru holes must be plated to meet +/- 2mil spec. The plated holes require min of 30 microns in the center of the hole
