Founded in 2001, we are already receiving orders from large buyers in North America, Europe and
Southeast Asia including Bosch and Kyocera for our Li-ion, Li-polymer and electric vehicle
batteries. They want to work with us because of our large production capacity and attention to
quality.
Our manufacturing and QC
Our 20,000-square meter factory has a daily output of 350,000 CE- and UL-approved units, and we
ensure quality because our QC team follows ISO 9001:2000 guidelines, while performing
inspections. We inspect both our imported and domestic raw materials to make sure their physical
and chemical features are up to international standards. Each key manufacturing process is
checked and items are then randomly tested to assure stable performance and consistent
self-discharging. And, we invest US$2.5 million into importing new equipment every year,
including computer-controlled battery discharge systems and formation and capacity ratings
testers.
We add a separate plastic packaging between products to reduce friction between items and avoid
possible short circuits.
