Established on 2002, Runhua Battery Manufacture Corporation, a subsidiary of Jiangyin Runhua Group, is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, manufacture and sale of Ni-MH (Nickel-Metal Hydride) rechargeable batteries.
We produce various Ni-MH batteries including AAA, AA, A, Sc, C and D sizes. Our batteries are widely used for electric power tools, electric toys, chargeable lamps and portable electric appliances such as digital cameras and cellular phones.
With a large number of experienced staff and technicians, our laboratory is well equipped with various advanced facilities for measurements and investigation. Moreover, we are technically supported by the Shanghai Institute of Microsystems and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Consequently, we currently output 3,000,000 batteries per month.
We utilize a variety of self-developed state of art techniques for manufacturing Ni-MH batteries. These patented techniques include the use of hydrogen storage alloy powders with high current density discharge performance as negative active material, a special fabrication procedure of electrodes with non-aqueous solvent and internal pressure control by high efficiency recombination of gases.
As a result, our products feature high current discharge, low internal resistance, high energy density and long service life. Furthermore, they can be used at high or low temperatures. In addition, our Ni-MH batteries can be specially designed and manufactured to meet specific customer demand. Accordingly, our products have been granted UL, CE, ISO9001 and ISO14000 Certifications.
