which was founded and registered in October, 1997, is the expert of researching, manufacturing
and marketing small-size, sealed rechargeable NI-MH & NI-CD batteries, and has been evaluated as
one of the High & New-technology Enterprises. The total investment of the company is RMB 50
million, the major investor is HARBIN COSLIGHT GROUP CO., LTD, who is a listed company in HK
stock market and focus on manufacturing Lead-Acid batteries and Lithium Ion batteries.
The company is located in SHENZHEN, GUANGDONG Province, very closed to HK, MACAO and GUANGZHOU,
the transportation is quite convenient. At present, the factory is with an area of 15000 square
meters and with 1100 employees, including 80 professional technicians and 60 QC staff. The
production capability is 250K PCS per day, among which, 150K are NI-MH cells, while 100K are
NI-CD cells.
LEXEL always focus on strict quality management, they had acquired the ISO9002 Quality
Certification issued by BSI in November, 1999 and further improved with ISO9001: 2000 in May,
2002. In order to extend the overseas market, LEXEL has also acquired the CE certification for
the products, and become licensee of RBRC, American OVONIC patent this year.
LEXEL has advanced technology of battery manufacturing and advanced equipment of inspection and
production, a strong team of qualified electro-chemical experts, Doctor studied abroad, Masters
and Bachelors ensure the powerful R & D capability and stable manufacturing capability. The Ni-MH
High-Temperature Battery series developed by LEXEL themselves and listed into the items of State
Torch Plan of 2000 has got fruit and has been put into mass production now. The R & D work on
NI-MH Hi-Capacity Battery also got award by SHENZHEN government for the progress in Science and
Technology.
