OnTech, LLC (the "Company" or "OnTech") is a California Limited Liability Company, which has 102 approved utility patent claims on its beverage container in the U.S. (additional patents are pending) which cover all aspects of the technology from the container to the heating mechanism to the venting system. OnTech also owns patents filed in 47 countries and patents approved in 31 countries including Europe, Japan and China. Approximately $20 million dollars was invested to develop this unique proprietary technology, which it incorporated into a product line of fully contained self-heating beverage containers designed to heat liquid contents such as coffee, tea, hot chocolate, soups, and alcoholic beverages. These containers are similar to typical beverage containers in size and shape and are activated by the consumer to heat the contents within minutes.
The Company's self-heating containers are expected to meet the needs of consumers such as commuters, mobile professionals, sports enthusiasts and other consumers without quick and convenient access to conventional heating sources. The Company intends to become a leading provider of self-heating containers and related technology to food, beverage and other manufacturers
