As you may know well, B+ = P+, so we attach the PCM with Ni plate onto the B- side first, then the Ni plate oldered onto the PCB will be the P-, therefore enduser can only touch P+ and P- without using any additional wire and plug.
The gasket is used for insulation and component space.
With this standardization of PCM imbedded cell, you may find out tremendous applications for mobile devices. We can also supply AA size model in the same way.
