Physical foaming coaxial cable (C-FB series) is the newest generation of CATV cable, mainly applied to CATV networks as distribution cable and drop cable.

Copper conductor consists of low or non-oxygen copper, manufactured by high quality equipment imported from Europe. Copper clad steel utilizes products from Taiwan or Occident.

Hansen is the first company who realized high physical foaming with nitrogen and achieved advanced international level in China. Foaming rate as high as 80%, without polar residual, with excellent transmission property. Closed cell in dielectric, preventing penetration of water and gas, with stable property and long service life.
Aluminum foil for shielding is a key material in cable. The aluminum foil in Hansen C-FB series cable keeps the leading quality domestically, which guarantees high shielding property and long service life.

The braid is also important to cable property, either aluminum or tinned copper wire should keep close with aluminum foil, without poking out into jacket. Hansen C-FB series cable utilizes high speed braider, completely fulfilling the demands of cable construction and cable property.

Cable jacket utilizes different kinds of material according to actual demands. Hansen C-FB series cable has passed serious tests including high/low temperature test, ultraviolet test, hot wet test, fire retardance test, salt fog test and etc., and Hansen is the first in domestic cable industry who has achieved UL certification.

Standards adopted. Products are based on high level standard, normally Hansen standard Q/HS 03-1995, optionally industry standard of national information trade department or other advanced international standards.
