Sentry Technology Corporation is the parent company for Knogo North America Inc., ID Security Systems Canada Inc. and ID Systems USA Inc.
On February 12, 1997 Knogo North America Inc., long a recognized leader in the development and manufacture of Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) systems, merged with Video Sentry Corporation, a pioneer in the development of continuous tracking, traveling, video security systems. The merger formed the new parent company Sentry Technology Corporation. On April 30, 2004, Sentry Technology Corporation acquired 100% of the shares of ID Security Systems Canada Inc. and ID Systems USA Inc.. Together, Sentry and ID Systems have more than 40 years experience in the security industry.
