We have eight years' experience in the R&D, manufacture and export of battery packs and chargers of mobile phones and cameras. Equipped with an 8,000-square-meter factory and 16 production lines, we can produce 1.8 million batteries every month, with an annual sales volume exceeding US$25 million.
Advanced facilities
We are equipped with advanced facilities, such as battery capacity testing cabinets, vibration testing, environmental testing, temperature testing and circuit board welding. That's how we can always maintain our quality.
Up to 10 new models each week
To support the market needs of our buyers in Europe and the US, our 20 R&D staff release up to 10 new models each week, in Li-ion, Li-polymer and NiMH specifications. We develop and manufacture the protection boards for our Li-ion batteries by ourselves, thereby effectively controlling the costs and quality.
ISO 9001:2000-approved QC
Battery cells are sourced from leading suppliers BYD, Lishen and BAK, and ICs from Japan and Taiwan. Three-level QC is implemented by our 40-strong QC team. We test our products one by one to guarantee the reliability. MIL-STD-105E is also adopted in our QC system.
