This system comprises component vendor evaluation, strict testing and selection of components, incoming quality control (IQC), in-process QC, on-line QC of finished products prior to packing. Our quality assurance (QA) and control procedures on-line as well as off-line ensure that all the production processes are under control and corrective actions are implemented wherever necessary. Product testing is conducted according to customer specification. Market conditions and consumer handling for products are simulated as part of our research to facilitate constant improvements.

Our market oriented R&D team based in China develops cost efficient solutions and offers new model.
