TMP Chunan Plant was established and the capital was increased to US$470,000.00.
1989

1990
Started the Electronic Ballast (EB) development and manufacturing.
1991

1992
TMP was promoted by the Ministry of Economic Affairs as an appointed manufacturer in traditional industries under governmental guidance. The US branch office was founded, responsible for EB sales.
1993
China Taicang Multipower Electronics Co., Ltd. was founded. Manufacturing various transformers and coils. The capital was increased to US$ 3.7M.

1995
Further expanding the product types, manufacture high frequency, switching, SMD transformers for computers and telecommunications. Also the low profile high power inductors and inductors.
1996
TMP successfully developed Low-profile High-voltage Inverter Transformers for Notebook Computers.
1997
Taicang Subsidiary received the ISO 9002 certification.
1998
TMP was approved by Securities and Futures Commission, the Ministry of Finance for issuing shares in public.

Successfully developed the transformer for the digital camera and cellular phone

TMP successfully developed Low-profile Hi-voltage Inverter Transformers for PDAs and High current rated, Low-noise CPU Inductors for High-speed Notebook Computers.
