Our factory in Shenzhen covers an area of 19,000 square meters, staffed with 3,600 employees. To ensure reliable quality:
We source ICs from the Taiwan area, Japan and the USA, including industry names NEC and Philips
We source PCBs, capacitors, and plastics from around 20 foreign companies in mainland China who've cooperated with us for over 10 years
We comply with MIL-105E standards for materials inspection
We adopt Sony's green program in checking power wires, shells, plastic, etc.
150-strong QC team
Our 150-member QC team is led by two Japanese experts. Strict QC procedures are conducted in each stage, from incoming materials to final products. We are ISO 9001: 2000 certified, and our products are tested to UL, CE, TUV, GS, BSI, PSE, K-Mark, and SAA requirements.
