Since 1990, Tech Rubber has proudly grown from the initial 20 employees to the current 1,000 plus, and expanded product lines from simple rubber keypads to various complicated electronic control pad assemblies of rubber, plastic and metal components. In the year 1994, the company established its first production facility in China and subsequently, moved into the current 16,000 m2 plant in 1999 for rapid business volume increase. In 2004, the Company established its Shanghai office to better service its Central China customers. This phenomenal growth was made possible by closely embracing our four major principles: technological innovation, quality improvement, harmonious teamwork and customer satisfaction. The company has been certified with ISO9002 and QS9000 since 1996.
