Our company,TIANLIAUTOACCESSORY CO.,LTD ,is specialized in designing, developing and producing of car antenna, headquartered in HONGKONG. we have becoming stronger and stronger step by step since 2000,now have been become cooperative parter for many muanufcturing enterprises of automobile on OEM.
We now have a six-storeyed factory building,with an area of 4500 square meters .our staff now is 160.over ten of them is technical workers ,including five senior engineer, taken responsible for Product structure , Design of the electron, development and skill of product .three people among them are undergraduates, have abundant experience in designing, developing and producing for car antenna .There are eight people now in Quality Testing Department, are responsible for IQC.IPQC.QA. including two quality engineer, mainly checking on the quliaty and technology of the products .they are engaged in working experience on Qquality Testing for so many years.Guaranteed to offer high-quality technology service for customer as soon as possible.
We now have many advanced equipments,in which eight Moulding plastic Machines(made in TaiWan) and two Auxiliary Equipment in moulding workshop,and two Lathes,four Spark Machines, and over ten Miling Machine and Gong Machine in Mould production workshop,totally is 16 .The mould and related parts which are needed for working are all developed ,produced by ourself, there have three CNC lathes,five instrument lathes, one Steel tube polishing machine,ten of puncher-160T,100T,80T,69T in Metal workshop.Assembling Department have two advanced assembly line to ensure quality of car antenna .were equipped with advanced instrument for testing.which included one set of Frquency tester which made in Japan,one set of Life testing controller, one Room for noise testing, a set of Salt&fog tester, one set of High & Low temperature tester, a set of Shaking taster,one set of Wind resisting tester,one set of Bending antenna tester,one set of Rising and Pull of antenna,one set of Clutch tester, a set of Gain tester.All of our advanced equipment can strictly test every performance index of car antenna.provide solid foundation for quality of the products. We successively passed ISO 9000,QS9000 Qulaity System certificate,
We now have produced one-hundrend types of car antenna, including car power antenna,universal antenna,car amplifier,CB antenna,TV antenna and dummy antenna etc.
Our products have been exported to Asia,Europe,and Mid-East.markets, is suitable for many types of automobile,for instance, CITROEN,PASSAT,GOLF,POLO,JETTA,BARO,CAMRY,PREVIA,
HYUNDAI, VERNA, KIA PRIDE, X-TRAIL, HPV, favored and credited deeply by our customer .Our company also cooperates with many automobile manufacturer, such as German Volkswagen, ,China Greery, First Automobile of China, Changan suzhuki, have already become the designated manufacturer on OEM.
