WayTech Research, Inc. was established in October 1997, with its headquarters located in Hsinchu, Taiwan and a branch office in Shenzhen, China to provide sales and technical support. The company has a paid-up capital of over NT$450 million. (US$13.5 million) The principal investors of WayTech include local and overseas listed companies.
WayTech has 60 employees, consisting of 40 R&D staff, led by an experienced management team, each with more than 20 years corporate experience in the United States. The company develops innovative and highly marketable products, specializing in networking, computer peripheral and hardware/software integration.
