The Zhi Sheng Electrics Co. Ltd., founded in 1990, is a vertical integration expertised in serial closed-circuit monitorial products. In 1998, Zhi Sheng set up a CCD Video Camera Research Centre, introduced latest testing facilities from abroad and specially employed Japanese professionals as senior engineers to proceed in products research. In 1999, the first production line was formally put into operation. Up until now, we have become one of the main CCD video camera manufacturers in China, and have earned a sound name in the industry of closed-circuit.
