Buy Car GPS Data Logger with Video

Do you have or can you develop a continuous GPS data logger for an automobile that also records video when triggered manually by an external switch? The image is a car video surveillance camera with GPS logger, but video capture is only triggered by pre-programmed events like a collision. Also, we'd like to be able to automatically download the GPS data via 802.11 wireless when the device is in range of a "base station", which would be a PC.
